ABOUT MOLLY BREAZEALE

Thirty years ago, I read a book by Fran Rees entitled How to Lead Work Teams: Facilitation Skills (1991). I highlighted and underlined the following passage for it captured my experience at Delta Airlines in words that became my mantra and guiding belief:

“…people support what they help create and decisions are best made at the levels where they will be carried out.”

My career spans organizations large and small, from Delta Airlines and Nationwide Insurance to private entrepreneurial coaching firms.

My deep interest in learning and talent development began at Dale Carnegie Training, where I led a customized corporate solutions effort and co-authored Leadership Training for Managers.

I gained global experience as a talent developer at ING, served as the Program Director for The Conference Board’s annual Change and Transformation Conference, and most recently served as a Master Facilitator for Fierce Conversations.

For over 30 years, I've helped leaders humanize the employee experience, making critical decisions by design. Designing for how you want people to PARTICIPATE differs from what you want them to KNOW.

Give everyone a meaningful PART to play in the conversation.

Remote and hybrid work arrangements have added a layer of complexity to ensuring everyone is informed, involved, and inspired to do their best work. A plan will help.
